With the art of breathing we will place ourselves in the present moment so that the cards can connect to your energy and reveal the insight that’s waiting for you.
Reading tarot for me is a way to gain insight on any given situation past, present or future, but does not solely dictate one’s fate. I use tarot as a mental health practice to help myself and others really tap into those parts of ourselves that may need some more attention and clarity. Know that during our time together I run my practice for your highest good with the breathing and grounding exercise to create that sacred, safe, and protected space.
